What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your order, but you must tell us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to do so.
In order for your goods to be accepted back they must be in the same condition as when you received them, i.e.:
All labels attached
Unworn
Unwashed
Free from pet hair
Free from all odours (Perfumes, deodorants, cigarette smoke, cooking/food smells, etc)
Free from any marks or stains (Make up, Fake Tan, Hair dye, lipstick, deodorant marks, water stains, etc)
Underwear and Swimming costumes MUST be tried on OVER your own underwear and MUST have the hygeine strips in place.
It is not possible to return stockings and tights once the packet has been opened.
It is not possible to return Final Sale items, Clearance Sale items, free gifts or promotional items.

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Are there any charges for return?
You are responsible for the full cost of returning items to us. We advise you to insure the return parcel, so that you are not out of pocket should your parcel not arrive back to us.
However for your convenience (UK customers only), we have set up a service with collect plus so that you can return your goods to us from any one of their thousands of collect plus drop off points and we'll even split the cost with you!
Should you choose to use the collect plus service, we will deduct £4.50 GBP from the total of your refund or credit note. (Note: For exchanges any difference between the refund equivalent amount (less the £4.50 GBP for using collect plus) and your exchange goods will be credited or charged to you accordingly).
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
